Below we can see a short video of almost 5 minutes of one of the bjj sparring sessions between Owen Livesey and Abel Simon (abelbjj). This was the last Open Mat session during the three-day Seminar. A controlled sparring session by both fighters, where each of them tried to put their game and where you could see a pretty dominant Owen in his heavy top game, where abel tried to defend himself by retaining and recovering guard; while looking for the entrance to one of his leglocks. Owen made use of a good defense not giving abel space, and keeping the hip controlled at all times, having already studied abel's game in previous days as they rolled, thus avoiding any scares during abel's leglocks attempts.
