Surprise visit at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken from Black belt Jiu Jitsu Pierre Manzo

 

Surprise visit today by our friend and black belt Pierre Manzo, who showed up this morning during morning training at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken. A visit, which makes me very happy, since it supposes, rolls of great intensity and exchange of knowledge. A day in which we have worked on various sequences, which included attack, defense and submission. Two hours of intense training, 1 hour of technique added to 1 hour of rolls.
