Here we are again to explain how was the Open Mat this Saturday in Casa de Luta Saarbrücken, with the visit of our friends from Jiu Jitsu Family, BJJ Sant Ingbert, Matrix Jiu Jitsu and Luta Livre Ballterrier. Three hours of Open Mat, where the mats ended up burning. A day where one must test their endurance and skills with each of the participants.
At Casa de Luta Saarbrücken we are glad and welcome every participant or team attending the Open Mat every Saturday, thus sharing, improving and expanding our skills and knowledge in Jiu Jitsu.
