Mraz Avdoyan and Abel Simon (abelbjj) BJJ Rolling Session
MMA and Grappler legend, Mraz Avdoyan rolls with brown belt Jiu Jitsu instructor, Abel Simon (abelbjj) at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken. As a every Saturday at Casa de Luta and as the last training day of the week leaving Sunday to rest, we push our bodies to the limit from 11:00 till 13:00. In this training session before rolling with each other, we have an hour of rounds with the other visitors as a warm up. On this day we had the visit of Svilen, a very technical and strong fighter, winner of the ADCC Trials.
It must be remembered that these training sessions serve as preparation months before an important Jiu Jitsu tournament or MMA fight, so the intensity is gradual, and not 100% as it would be a month before any event, where the intensity is very high and with shorter rounds.
