Below is a video where I show a transition that I usually apply against opponents with a good defense on the outside heelhook. This transition can be difficult to hit if you don´t apply the correct control like I show in the video. A good seat on the hip will be super important to avoid any movement of our opponent that could hinder the transition or the danger of being attacked from the back at the moment of applying the cross ashi agarami.
