Casa De Luta Saarbrücken Saturday Open Mat
As every Saturday at Casa De Luta Saarbrücken, we open our doors to all Jiu Jitsu Academies, so they can come and train in our facilities for free, and thus share, learn and test our skills with people from different places. Today we had the visit of our friends from Rolling Owls BJJ Trier, with whom we spent a wonderful morning with full porrada. A very important method in learning our Jiu Jitsu, meet new styles, new people, and thus making it easier to jump to Jiu Jitsu competition.
