Here is a short video two days before Noah Gugnon's MMA fight, where we went over the last details of the prepared plan. Looking to find our planned goal, to finish the fight via Rear Naked Choke, as it happened two days later. The training in this case was more mental than physical, as Noah was working to hit the weight on the scale (70kg).
