In this short video, you can see part of a training session with my student Lucas Gugnon, black belt in Judo, purple belt in BJJ. The work was of medium intensity where the aim is to give time to react and defend in each of the attacks. Perfect intensity for long periods of rolling sessions, without involving the risk of injury or physical wastage. Perfect as a start of the preparation for the competitions to come in the following months.
