This weekend, I had the honour of leading a women’s-only BJJ seminar at @martial.arts.sports.center 💪

It was an incredible experience sharing the mats with 18 powerful, inspiring women—all united by the #chinkillavibe and a shared passion for jiu-jitsu💙 Our goal was simple: to empower, connect, and inspire more women to step onto the mats and claim their space.
