From Stage to Mats: SPEED’s Dennis Vichidvongsa Trains at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken

Hey everyone! I just want to take a moment to talk about something really special that happened here at Casa de Luta Saarbrücken. We recently had the honor of welcoming Dennis Vichidvongsa, the guitarist of the hardcore band SPEED, to our gym!

For those who don’t know, SPEED is one of the most exciting hardcore bands out there, bringing pure energy and passion to the stage. And let me tell you, Dennis brings that same intensity to the mats! It was amazing to see how dedicated he is—not just to music, but to pushing himself physically and mentally through training.

He jumped right into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with us, and it was clear that he’s got the heart of a fighter. Whether it’s on stage or in the gym, he’s all about discipline, hard work, and community—values we live by here at Casa de Luta.
