Eoghan O’Flanagan BJJ Weekend Camp Training at Casa De Luta MMA Saarbrücken

 

We had the opportunity to organize in our school Casa De Luta MMA Saarbrücken, a training camp with the best grappler under 80kg and 5th best in the world. The UK Leglock Specialist Eoghan O' Flanagan. Two days of intense training, of which 3 hours were technical and 1 hour roll. The first day was focused on outside heelhook, which Eoghan O' Flanagan is known for, and the second on Sprawl Pass, which he is focusing deeply on.

Currently Eoghan O' Flanagan is in preparation for the famous tournament organized by Craig Jones, the now famous CJI, who is competing directly with ADCC, due to the well paid fighters, and the extraordinary prize of 1000000 dollars for the winner of such tournament.
