 Amazing weekend with Mestre Sergio Canudo Zimmermann at Casa De Luta FightKlub Saarbrücken. A weekend where we had the opportunity to enjoy the knowledge of Professor and Headcoach of Pound for Pound Team. 6th Degree Blackbelt with lmost 30 years in the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Active competitor with 12 European Championships on his back in addition to some world championships.

On Saturday was time for NOGI, where Half Guard and its variants was the main focus. An excellent and very interesting class, where in my case, ended up solving some of my problems during the passage.
Sunday was Gi time, where Mestre was asked to work from his famous and dreaded closed guard. We had the opportunity to learn and practice some of his famous sweeps and submissions, which have made him champion for so many years of career as a fighter worldwide.
