We had the opportunity to attend Ethan Crelinsten's NOGI Camp at the home of our friends from Matrix Jiu Jitsu. A three day training camp, which consisted of two sessions per day. The morning session of one hour of technique, half an hour of questions and answers and open mat as much as you could roll, with Ethan participating on it. The evening session consisted of the same schedule but changing the subject. In these three days the focus of the work was applied to Guard Passing/ Back Submissions/Wrestling Up from guard.
