Over Under Pass to Kneebar by Owen Livesey at Casa De Luta Saarbrücken
Owen Livesey is a British judo athlete, Carlson Gracie black belt, and an absolute monster on his feet. This guy has won multiple titles in judo making him the perfect candidate to teach you how to “Just Stand Up”. On his second day of the Seminar, Owen showed us some of his ground game, some of his favorite passages, controls and submissions. I can only tell you one thing, Owen has given me another point of view in Jiu Jitsu, reinforcing parts of my game where I didn't feel totally confident. If you can organize a seminar in your academy, I absolutely recommend it, and if not, you can always purchase some of his DVD's already available at The Grapplers Club or BJJ Fanatics.
