Below is a short video during a normal training day at Casa De Luta Saarbrücken, with Steven (BJJ Purple Belt), Nurav (BJJ Blue Belt) who came to visit us from Matrix Saarbrücken as usual to enjoy some technical and fluid rolls. In this video also appears my student and good friend Leo (BJJ Brown belt), that accompanies me during the day being this our third BJJ training session of the day.
