New Era of Leglocks ***NO MORE K GUARD***

 

The ADCC trials is a great way to see what techniques work and what techniques do not against the best in the world. The K Guard entry Lachlan Giles made famous is becoming more and more predictable and easier to defend. I believe this is going to be replaced by an inside spin method of leg entry. One popular way this is being done is through a false reap (Jacob Couch) but we have also seen Gordon Ryan use inside spin's to create heel exposure. I think this is going to be the next big push in the leg lock game and one athlete who is demonstrating innovative ways to use inside spins is Eoghan O’Flanagan.
